Eligibility and license

Subject to these Terms and the App Store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use RoundBuddy for lawful personal training use. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live and comply with applicable law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the training plans, names, notes, descriptions, or other material you create, import, share, or act on through the app. Do not use the app to infringe rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, bypass security or purchase controls, reverse engineer except where law permits it, or use the app in a way that could harm people or systems.

Training safety

Exercise and combat-sport practice carry risk. Check that your space, equipment, technique, and training load are appropriate for you; stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or other discomfort, and seek qualified medical or training assistance when needed.

Pro purchase and Apple

RoundBuddy Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase made available through Apple’s App Store; it is not an automatically renewing subscription. Apple handles billing and payment information. Restoring purchases, redemption where offered, and refunds are governed by your Apple account and Apple’s applicable platform rules. We do not promise a particular price, offer, feature set, or availability outside what is shown in the app or App Store at the time.

Ownership

RoundBuddy, its software, branding, design, and non-user content are protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain rights you have in your own content, while allowing the app to process it only as needed to provide its features.

Changes, suspension, and disclaimers

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, legal, technical, or product reasons. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular results, or that every feature will work in every setting.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss arising from training decisions, user content, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Updates and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

运动和格斗基础练习存在风险。请确认训练空间、装备、动作和强度适合自己；如感到疼痛、眩晕或其他不适，应立即停止，并在需要时寻求专业医疗或训练帮助。

Pro 购买与 Apple

RoundBuddy Pro 通过 Apple App Store 以一次性、非消耗型 App 内购买的方式提供，不是自动续订订阅。Apple 负责账单和支付信息；恢复购买、在提供时的兑换，以及退款均遵循你的 Apple 账户及 Apple 的平台规则。除购买时 App 或 App Store 所展示的信息外，我们不承诺特定价格、优惠、权益或可用性。

知识产权

拳伴的软件、品牌、设计及非用户内容受知识产权法律保护，归我们或许可方所有。本条款不会将其所有权转让给你。你保留你对自己内容所享有的权利，并允许 App 为提供功能所必需的范围处理该内容。

变更、暂停与免责声明

因安全、维护、法律、技术或产品需要，我们可能变更、暂停或终止部分功能。在法律允许的范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用”提供；我们不保证服务不间断、产生特定结果，或每项功能在所有环境都可使用。

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损失负责，也不对因训练决定、用户内容、第三方服务或超出合理控制范围的情况造成的损失负责。法律不得限制的责任不受本条影响。

更新与联系

我们可通过发布新日期的版本更新本条款。在法律允许的范围内，更新后继续使用即表示接受更新内容。
